8pcs of lasagna pasta
3/4 kilo of ground beef
8pcs of hot dog, sliced diagonally
1 can of sliced mushroon
3 packs (180g) of tomato sauce
1 stack of celery minced
1 medium carrot minced
Slat and pepper to taste
Garlic and onion - chopped
White Sauce:
1/2 cup of butter4cups of evaporated milk
3 tbsp of flour
180g of cheddar cheese - gratted
Toppings:
180g of cheddar cheese
Direction:
- Cook lasagna pasta ( see direction on the box) set aside
- On a medium heat pan add oil, saute garlic, onion and beef until fully cooked
- Add all of the vegetables and saute for 5mins.
- Add tomato sauce and salt and pepper and let it simmer for 3mins and set aside. ( you can add sugar as well depend on you)
- On a medium heat non stick pan, add butter and let it melt a little, then add the flour and mix it, pour milk and the grated cheese. mix it well all together until everything mix up and cheese melted then set aside
- On a baking pan spread a little butter on it then put the first layer of pasta, meat sauce, white sauce then pasta layer again until you come up to 4 layers and on top add grated cheese.
- Put you lasagna and and let it cook for 350'F degrees for 30 - 40 mins and once done let it cool for 5mins and ready to serve.
