What you need:
1/2 kilo pork sliced horizontally
1 cup pure coconut milk
5 pcs of siling pansigang ( New Mexico cayenne pepper)
2 tbsp of Bagoong Alamang ( Shrimp paste )
1 tbsp of Chop garlic and onion
- In a medium heat pan with oil, saute pork with garlic and onion
- Once pork is kinda golden brown, add the shrimp paste& saute for a minute.
- Then pour coconut oil and let it shimmer for 5 min and put the stove on a low heat.
- Lastly add cayenne pepper and let it shimmer again until the coconut oil appears.
