What you need:
1 Kilo of Big Fried Tilapia, cut into half
1 cloves of Onion and 5 pcs of garlic ( chopped)
2 tbsp of oil
1 Tali of String beans ( 2 inch cut )
4 pcs of Siling Pang sigang
3 tbsp of Bagoong Alamang. not cooked yet.
1 1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of water
Salt and Pepper
- On a frying pan put oil, onion and garlic.
- Add string bean and saute it for 3 mins.
- Then you can add Bagoong and saute it a bit then put theTilapia and add water. Simmer for 5 min.
- Then pour the coconut milk together with the siling pang sigang and simmer until you see that the coconut milk releases its oil and add salt and pepper.
